Designers Simple Simon specified the Venice seating collection for Aqua Italia restaurant in Milton Keynes.The Venice chairs and bar stools were upholstered in a mix of Harlequin fabrics with contrasting piping & buttons in bright orange fabric.

Protocol supplied the stylish Joanne armchairs and side chairs, fully upholstered in Crest Leather Old English Saddle. 

Ichiba Westfields

Project: Japanese Food Hall
Location: Westfield, London

Protocol supplied a range of furniture to suit the Japanese design and contemporary retail style of this newly opened Japanese food hall. 

A combination of Merano side chairs, Uni side chairs, Concrete table bases and Hawai dining tables made up the dining furniture for the noodle bar. Whilst the Rioja Barstools were chosen and positioned so customers could sit at the counter around the perimeter theatre kitchen. There is also an outdoor terrace area, featuring Nolita chairs and Nolita dining table bases, also supplied by Protocol. 

Tom Dick and Harrys

Protocol supplied a range of modern and stylish furniture for this local bar and restaurant in Loughton, Essex. The Strike bar stools are a main feature, upholstered in 'Vita Waterfall', a leather-look vinyl from Camira Fabrics. A combination of Inox table bases with an antique brass finish and square table tops were used for the dining tables. The outdoor area features Nolita Outdoor Armchairs with cushions and Bold Table bases

Drake and Morgan - The Otherist

Shoryu Ramen Oxford

Protocol supplied Luna side chairs and bar stools along with Joanne arm chairs for the bar and seating areas. Protocol also supplied Tonda table bases, oak veneer table tops and specially designed bespoke tables made from steel metal work with solid oak wood tops. Shoryu Oxford is a winner of  Silver A Design Award. 

Baboush Restaurant

Shoryu Ramen Covent Garden

Protocol worked together with Blenheim Design in supplying the furniture for the interior design of Shoryu Ramen, a luxury Asian fast food restaurant in Covent Garden. The interior design is a beautiful marriage between Western style and materials with Eastern atmosphere.

Maya scroll back dining chairs with Inox 4421 brushed stainless steel tables were selected for the Windmill Restaurant in Peterborough, a striking, contemporary refurbishment of an existing public house.

Hever Castle

The designers and client at the historic Hever Castle selected the Marty M435 chair in a special RAL finished frame for the Pavilion Restaurant, tables from the Inox range with solid timber tops were used, and had special lay over felt upholstered tops at 1600mm dia for large functions

Sopwell House Brasserie

AB Hotels selected seating and tables from the Protocol contemporary timber collection for the new Brasserie restaurant at Sopwell House Hotel in St. Albans. The chairs were stained to dark walnut, and upholstered in Andrew Muirhead Sateen leather, along with all solid oak timber tables, using a sandblasted process on the deep tops to enhance the graining, stainless steel caps on the feet were added for durability and to suite in with the servery decor.

The ranges specified for Mezzo in Market Place, Bolton were Charly tub chairs, Pop dining chairs and Inox tables, satin stainless steel, wenge and zebrano veneers and laminates were used.

Baxters Foods

Baxters Foods used a wide range of Protocol chairs, stools and tables for their restaurant, food court and shop at the Tullibardine site in Scotland. Models specified by Skakel & Skakel were Charly and Pop chairs, Pop bar stools and Jimmy tables.
