Project: Cafe/canteen refurbishment
Protocol worked together with 442 Design in supplying the furniture for the interior design of The Levels, student cafe and bar in Edinburgh University. The industrial look tables and benches were specifically developed for this project and have been added to our ranges.
Project: City Centre Campus Refurbishment
Protocol worked closely with Nottingham Trent University on this project, transforming the City Centre Campus with trendy, colourful furniture and creating a relaxing space for students to socialise in.
The Brek armchairs were a main feature of this project, designed with various different upholstery combinations. Also specified were Manu armchairs, Nora high back and low armchairs, Cassis armchairs and Colour Five stackable side chairs. Inox dining tables, Togo dining tables and Ypsilon coffee tables were also supplied.
Project: Student Union Cafe Balcony
A range of exterior furniture from Protocol was chosen to feature in this project for the University of Northampton.
Armchairs, side chairs and stools from the trendy Forest range were included in this project, as well as lounge chairs, side chairs, armchairs and bar stools from the Round range. Ypsilon poseur, dining and coffee tables were also specified and were finished in black EPC for exterior use.

This Broadstock design is a beautiful combination of finishes and textures to create an eclectic yet contemporary café area for students and visitors to meet, eat and relax. Protocol supplied a mixture of high stools, low stools, dining chairs, lounge seating and tables in various finishes and colours to create this welcoming space.
Project: Refurbishment of student union club
Supply and fit out of chairs, tables, high tables, barstools, benches and armchairs. Watson Batty Architects has been tasked with the interior design of York St. John University's student union leisure area.
Project: Canteen and public area
Protocol laminate bench system, Mirka chair and barstools, pedestal base Inox tables and poseur tables and Syt polyethylene exterior armchairs were supplied to the dining and public areas of Cardina Newman College.
Project: Student Refectory
Protocol's bench table system was selected by Broadstock for the refurbishment of the student dining refectory at the college, solid beech frames with beech laminate tops and hard wood edges were chosen.
Project: Arts Terrace Bar
Location: Bangor, Gwynedd
ABDA Design working in conjunction with the Russell Partnership, were commissioned to design an upmarket bar and restaurant for senior University staff and visitors. The Queen, Box and Venice ranges of upholstered seating were selected to create an eclectic interior using Sunbury, Kvadrat and Bute fabrics. Tables were from the Inox stainless steel collection.

Protocol were selected by Broadstock to supply furniture to the prestigous Palatine Building in Durham University. Seating which included the Cassis and Karen upholstered timber models from our M+re Contract range, and the Lia chair in chrome, timber and acrylic (red backs), the tables were from the Inox collection in stainless steel, table tops were timber veneered stained to the clients selection.

The college selected the Bia M70E stacking chair in dark walnut with Agua faux leather upholstery and the 350 model folding table system in polished chrome with walnut laminate tops.
