Eggslut is a US-based casual dining brand which started life as a Californian street food business. In August 2019 it opened its first UK site in Notting Hill, London. Protocol proudly supplied a range of suitable furniture for the 'grab-and-go' establishment which included an indoor terrace.

Industrial style wooden swivel stools were chosen alongside a bespoke bench, metal armchairs and dining tables.
