Your contact information and enquiry details may also be stored on our customer database software, Act.
  • Your ‘account sign up’ submission details will be stored on our website control panel, which is only accessible by authorised Protocol marketing personnel. Details such as your email address may be stored in the back end of our website. Information saved within your account such as mood boards you have created may also be stored in the back end of our website so if at any time if you cannot access it, we can email it to you. We may occasionally use account information to carry out market research and send you details of services and offers we think will be of interest to you.
