The Protocol team would like to thank our clients, partners and supply chain over recent weeks. It is great to hear that people are well, and are returning to work ready to take on the new challenges that face us all.

Protocol has remained open for business throughout the COVID-19 lockdown, and has operated a near normal service, with very little disruption to our supply chain and delivery and installations.

As we start to emerge from the most difficult weeks of the lockdown, we are back to operating with normal lead times of 4-6 weeks.

Protocol is part of a financially stable family-owned Group of businesses which means that our future is secure. Our clients and our supply chain partners should have no fears about our ability to provide the service that you have always had from us.

We are operating within the Government guidelines for safe working and will continue to do so. We have updated our risk assessments to ensure the continued safety of our people and the people that our delivery and installation team come into contact with.
